    Don Bonazza, the President of Medical and Insurance Services Inc, started the business in 1993. With more than 30 years of experience as well as the expertise of our professional staff, you can rely on the quality of the service we provide. We are association with Bridgeforce Financial, one of the largest Canadian owned and operated Managing General Agents, with more than 180 years of combined experience in Canada’s Insurance Industry.

    Don Bonazza
    Don Bonazza

    Don Bonazza entered the Insurance Industry in 1984 from a management position in the printing industry. He worked for Paul Revere Insurance Canada as a disability specialist, working with self-employed individuals, business owner and professionals. In 1993 he left Paul Revere Insurance to start Medical and Professional Insurance Services, an independent brokerage firm that deals with both the public and with other independent brokers. His 37 years of experience has provided him much knowledge in both personal insurance needs and business needs.  

    Kelly Gadula

    Kelly’s professional journey began in 2004 after completing the Bachelor of Science program at McMaster University. After a brief career as a Cardiovascular Technician, there was an opportunity to join Medical and Professional Insurance Services as a case Co-ordinator for new and in force business. After the successful move to the financial services industry Kelly decided to complete her LLQP and obtain her Life Insurance license in 2007. At that time Kelly took on the role as Office Manager. Professionally Kelly has served as the acting administrator for the Greater Niagara Advocis Chapter for many years. Kelly’s organized nature coupled with her positive demeanour means that every interaction with her will be handled as promptly and professional as possible.
